Nokkio Property Management is operated by Nokkio Ltd. We provide property management software for supported accommodation providers. Contact us at nokkioltd@gmail.com.

We collect:

• Account information (name, email address, organisation name)

• Property and tenant data you enter into the app

• Usage data and device information for app improvement

• Payment information is processed by Stripe — we do not store card details

We use your data to:

• Provide and maintain the Nokkio service

• Process your subscription payments

• Send important service notifications (certificate expiry, inspection reminders)

• Improve the app based on usage patterns

All data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the EU. Data is isolated per organisation — no organisation can access another's data. We use Row Level Security (RLS) to enforce this at the database level. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

You may store personal data about tenants and other individuals as part of using Nokkio. You are the data controller for this information. We act as a data processor. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate legal basis to store this data under UK GDPR.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you cancel your subscription and close your account, your data will be deleted within 30 days upon request.

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you

• Correct inaccurate data

• Request deletion of your data

• Object to processing

• Data portability

• Vercel (web hosting)

• Expo / Apple / Google (mobile app distribution)

The web dashboard uses cookies to maintain your login session. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
